2. What is Personal Data?
According to the General Data Protection Regulation, personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"). This includes, for example, your name, address or email address.

3. General data processing
If you only visit our website, i.e. not register yourself or otherwise send us information, we only collect the data that your browser automatically transmits to our server. This includes the URL / source / the website from which you come to us, the IP address, the internet browser used or the / call, operating system, the websites you visit, the amount of data sent (Byte) as well as the time and duration of your visit to us. This data is technically required to display our website to you and to ensure the security and compliance of the website's information standards. 5. Application process
If you apply to us electronically, your data will only be used and processed to process the application. The specification of your data is necessary to carry out the application process. Without this information, the application process and a possible hiring cannot be carried out. All application documents are usually stored for a maximum of six months, unless you have expressly given us your consent to store your data for a longer period of time or a contract has been concluded. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 a, b and f GDPR and Section 26 BDSG. Please note that applications that you send us by email will be transmitted unencrypted.

6. Disclosure of your data to third parties

7. List of external service providers
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), based on our legitimate interests (ie interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Google uses cookies.
The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the user is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with other services related to the use of this online offer and the internet.
Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases.
The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent cookies from being saved by making the appropriate settings in their browser software; Users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the online offer and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http: // tools .google.com / dlpage / gaoptout? hl = en.

8. Google Maps
This website uses Google Places API, a map service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 ("Google") to display an interactive map. 9. Additional table reservation information
Server log files

The table reservation automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

Time of the server request

This data is not merged with other data sources. This data is recorded on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of his website - the server log files must be recorded for this.

In order to design our website in line with requirements, we create pseudonymous user profiles using the Matomo web analysis tool. Matomo uses cookies, which are stored on your device and can be read by us. In this way we are able to recognize returning visitors and count them as such. The unabridged IP address is not saved. Data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO or § 15 Abs. 3 TMG and in the interest of learning how often our websites were accessed by different users. You can object to the processing at any time. Please click on the link below. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is stored in your browser, which means that Matomo does not collect any session data. If you delete your cookies, however, this means that the opt-out cookie will also be deleted and you may have to reactivate it.


10. Data security
